Having completed its redevelopment objectives at Benny Farm, Canada Lands Company (CLC) will be closing down this website as of March 31, 2010. We want to thank everyone who made this project a success – especially Benny Farm residents and those in the Montreal community that have taken an interest in the site’s redevelopment.

25/03/09	Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal (SHDM), in cooperation with Habitations communautaires NDG, announces the sale of undivided co-ownership units in the second phase of the residential « Monkland sur le parc » project at Benny Farm. This project includes 30 new units of two, three and four bedrooms, available for immediate occupancy and starting at 135 000 $. 15/10/08	The Benny Farm Task Force issues its final report to CLC.
30/09/08	CLC sells the final development lot at Benny Farm to the Corporation d’Hébergement du Québec for the construction of the CSSS (Health and Social Services Centre) Cavendish.

17/09/07	An important part of Benny Farm redevelopment fell into place when CLC accepted an offer to purchase from la Corporation d'hébergement du Québec for the acquisition of land at the corner of Cavendish and Monkland. This is the future site of the Centre de santé et services sociaux Cavendish whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of the population on its territory.
